Traveling to the Gathering
Important: To attend PSG, you must have pre-registered before June 5, 2026. No one will be admitted to the site without prior registration. Do not park along, or block, the roadway. Do not turn around in neighbor's driveways!
Airport Shuttle: We will not be operating an airport shuttle.
Gate Procedure: On opening day (Sunday June 14th), the gate will be open from 9 am - 9 pm. From 9 am - 11 am all large motorhomes, travel trailers, and campers are requested to arrive. There is no general admission between 9 am - 11 am. General admission to the festival for tent camping or vehicle camping opens at 11 am - 9 pm. After opening day (June 15-21) gate hours are 9 am - 7pm.
At-Gate Check-In
- At the head of the driveway, present your gate pass(es) to gatekeeper on duty.
- Everyone in vehicle must have their own gate pass, including children.
- Children (under 18) must be accompanied by their registered guardian.
- Show photo I.D. for all adults
- Proceed to town area and set up your camp.
- Campsites are on a first-come, first-served basis. Merchants will have pre-assigned booths.
- Move your vehicle to overflow parking, unless you have an on site vehicle permit.
- NEXT: Every adult & child should proceed to the INFO TENT to complete onsite registration.
Info Tent Check-In
- Register your campsite on the Town Map.
- Sign up for your 4 hours of required community service shifts.
- Receive your Wristband, Spirit Bag, and Town Guide. Your Town Guide contains the Gathering schedule, map, and PSG Policies and Guidelines. Please read your Town Guide and review the PSG policies and guidelines with your children.
- Be sure to pick up your prepaid PSG T-shirt at the Info Tent.
- Drop your raffle/silent auction donations at the Raffle Tent!
