Stepping Into Spring:  The Equinox is here and the Earth is awakening.  The tribe gathers together to celebrate the sun's return to power and experience the signs of renewal and growth, within and without.  Together we will step out of the darkness and into the light, and rejoice in the life bursting forth all around us.

9 am Open for Arrivals! Please check in at the registration table in the Temple Room of the barn.
9:30 am Welcome Circle with Jenn & Rev. Bo
Meet and greet, and learn all about the day's activities. In the Temple Room.
10 am Egg Hunt for All Ages
Step out there and find those eggs! Fun knows no age limit, so bring your boots, warm clothes, and baskets and meet outside the barn for details on this year's egg hunt. Prizes will be awarded for all age groups, so you don't want to miss out!

Hare's to Spring Cleaning! with Jason Braun
Join the Troll as he leads you through the creation of a Eostre-tide painting! The hare is a familiar symbol of spring fertility, sensuality, rebirth and renewal. This whimsical painting will depict a stylized hare sweeping away the winter folderol to make room for renewed growth. Take your creation home as a reminder of this joyous season. All supplies will be provided including paints, brushes, and an 8x10 canvas panel. All ages welcome, but attendance is limited to 30 participants. In the Temple Room.

Youth Painting Workshop with Hedgehog

Ostara Infant and Toddler Storytime with Florence
Young children with a caregiver are invited to join Florence for stories, songs, and rhymes with a seasonal theme (20 minutes) followed by playtime for the children and social time for caregivers

Self-Guided Nature Walks

12:30 pm Lunch and Social Time
Lunch will be provided for this event, we will have options for meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and gluten free folks.  There will be a snack table set up for the day, please bring something to add or a dessert for after the main meal.

Celebrating Spring Equinox with Rev. Selena Fox
Explore old and new customs and traditions for observing Spring Equinox and welcoming Springtime.

Youth Workshop: Hidden Symbol Egg Crafting with Florence
Eggs are a traditional symbol of Ostara, but we'll explore other symbols and create our own eggs with wax-resist designs. As we wait we'll explore some of the myths and lore of the Spring Equinox.

3:30 pm

Spring Cleaning: Removing the "Dust" from your Magical Toolkit with Mandie Zopp
Spring is a time for dusting off your gardening tools and planting the seeds for a fruitful harvest. This workshop will focus on clearing the obstacles to your own success. The most powerful tool in your magical toolkit is you! Participants will also be asked to participate in a short meditation.

Items to Bring

  • Wear something green to celebrate the Spring!
  • Packets & containers of Seeds you plan to plant in gardens & fields - to be blessed in ritual (optional)
  • Spring Symbol to energize on the altar (optional)
  • Fresh flowers to decorate the Temple Room (we have some vases) or to leave as offerings on the land (optional)
  • A stone to donate to the Stone Circle. (optional)
  • A drum or rattle (optional)
  • A basket for gathering eggs during the egg hunt (optional)
  • Appropriate outdoor wear for the Egg Hunt and Nature Walk.
  • Slippers / dry shoes for inside. (optional)




Adults: $25 until 3/10, then $30 afterward and at the door

Youth (5 - 17): $7 until 3/10, then $10 afterward at the door

Children under 5 are FREE.
