WEATHER:

Wonderful weather is presently forecast for the all three days of the weekend. Evenings are likely to be in the upper 50s/lower 60s F and days in the upper 70s/lower 80s F.

DONATIONS:

Proceeds from our events this weekend, after expenses are covered, will go to supporting our:

• Nature preservation work
• Religious freedom endeavors through the Lady Liberty League
• Facilities upkeep, including helping to cover the expense of our newly repaired road which was damaged by storms in August.

We also invite you to bring some canned goods for our charity food drive -- what we collect will go to the Barneveld food pantry to feed the needy in the area.

COYOTE RUN CONCERT: Friday, September 21 - at 8 pm

We are presently planning to hold Friday night's concert with Coyote Run outside on the Green. Please arrive by 7:30 pm so you have time to park your car and get seated. Bring a lawn chair, if you can, and a cloak or jacket in case there is chill in the air.

COMMUNITY DAY: Saturday, September 22 - 9 am - 5 pm

Experience the magic of the harvest -- gather herbs, prairie seeds, wood; help make apple cider; help with Sunday's festival prep; join in tending our Nature trails & shrines. Bring already prepared potluck dishes for lunch and dinner. Open for arrivals at 9 am -- Join in the Harvest Blessing Circle at 10 am.

FALL EQUINOX FESTIVAL: Sunday, September 23 10 am - 6 pm

Make cider with Reed Cockrell, Learn about & create a dream catcher with Reid Miller & listen to his harvest tales, join in sacred rhythms, spiral in the Labyrinth of Harvest Thanksgiving with Selena, Joey, & Brian, celebrate Fall & community. Open for arrivals at 10 am

OVERNIGHT:

If you plan to camp overnight on Friday and/or Saturday and haven't made arrangements yet, please let us know right away!

We ask that those staying overnight make a donation (any amount; $10 suggested) to Circle in addition to event admission donation -- contribute on check-in on site.

WORK SHARING:

There will be opportunities to help staff with meals, clean-up, and other tasks ... your assistance will be appreciated -- volunteering is a great way to connect with others.

MEALS:

Please bring generous sized, already prepared dishes for any of the potluck meals you will be taking part in -- there will be refrigerator space for storage.

BRING: please check over this expanded list:

• lawn chair or other seating for Friday night concert & outdoor socializing
• cloak, jacket, or wrap for evening warmth should it be needed
• apples!!! -- contributions of bags and/or bushels of apples for cider making
• sterile canning jar and lid to take some cider home with you
• mug or cup for cider tasting
• harvest offering for the land during Sunday's ceremony (vegetable, fruit, nuts, herbs, other biodegradable symbol of the harvest)
• donation of canned goods for charity food drive
• basket, gloves, & clippers for Saturday's harvest, if you wish
• chainsaw for Saturday's wood gathering, if you have one
• rhythm instruments for Sunday's drumming circle, if you have them
• materials for dream catcher workshop (hoop of willow, wood, other material, plus yarn or sinew, beads, feathers), if you want to use your own -- otherwise, use materials (yarn & grapevine hoops) from Circle or purchase a kit ($10) from Reid Miller
• prepared dishes of potluck food for each of the potluck meals you will attend
• your own plate & eating utensils, if you can
• if camping overnight, tent, bedding, towels, toiletries, flashlight, etc.

Let us know of any changes in your registration -- others coming with you, additional days or events you plan to attend, etc. Because this weekend is structured as a fundraiser, no refunds for cancellations.
