Veterans Day Circle Sunday, November 11, 2007 Noon - 2 pm at Circle Sanctuary Nature Preserve near Barneveld, Wisconsin free & open to the public & media Schedule: 11 am: Open for Arrivals 11:15 am: Drumming Circle in Temple Room 11:30 am: Orientation in Temple Room Noon: Veterans Day Circle begins in Stone Circle, weather permitting 1 pm: Salute to deceased Pagan veterans at Circle Cemetery 1:30 pm: Potluck Reception in Temple Room post reception: Media interviews Ceremony will be conducted by Circle Sanctuary ministers: Rev. Selena Fox, Rev. Angie Buchanan, & Rev. Drake Spaeth Drumming will be faciliiated by the GROOVE Troop & others This event will include a Veterans Day ceremony with drumming and a honoring of the one year anniversary of the founding of the Order of the Pentacle. This event is free and open to the public and media. A documentary film team is planning to film the ceremony and do some interviews in connection with a film on Wiccans in the US Military. If you are open to being interviewed, please mention this when you RSVP. A reception follows the ceremony. If possible, bring some juice and/or snacks to share.
