We are looking for someone with a good background in non-profit organization and/or business administration to manage the various operations of our church, including office management, coordinating staff and volunteers, fund raising, public relations, budget planning, coordinating events, and other work. The Church Administrator will work under the supervision of the Executive Director and will collaborate with the Board of Directors and Steering Committee in organization planning.
This is a long-term, full-time-plus position and requires working at our headquarters weekdays as well as at our events on some weekends and weeknights. This is a salaried position with benefits that include health insurance and vacation.
The individual selected for this position must have excellent communication, organizational, computer, management, and people skills, plus have stamina, honesty, integrity, creativity, and a passion for serving others.

Communications Editor
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, & creative individual to join our full time staff & assist us with publishing & other work. The individual selected as our new Communications Editor will be responsible for producing CIRCLE Magazine, event brochures, e-bulletins, and other publications throughout the year, plus helping with center events and other endeavors.
Responsibilities: writing, editing, research, layout, design, proofing, archiving, coordinating production & distribution of in-print & on-line publications; correspondence, data entry, telephone reception, filing, record keeping, other office work; public relations, marketing, networking; assisting with events, center upkeep, & center operations; other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent oral & written communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must be computer literate & adept at email writing & archiving, data organization, scanning, on-line research & networking.
- Must have excellent spelling, grammar, writing, editing, page design, proofing, note-taking, organizational skills, & the ability to produce error-free documents.
- Must be proficient in using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, & Microsoft Office software.
- Must have at least two years relevant employment experience, preferably with a magazine, newspaper, or newsletter.
- Must be honest, reliable, punctual, cordial, & hard working.
- Must have integrity, stamina, wellness, tidiness, good manners, good memory, & excellent attention to details.
- Must have willingness & ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, innovate, problem-solve, follow directions, collaborate with others, & be part of an organization dedicated to service.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver’s license & a vehicle in good working order for use in commuting to the office & work-related errand running.
- Must have own working computer & internet access at home for participation in e-list staff discussion & other communications.
- Must be willing to work more than 40 hours per week, including some evenings & weekends.
- A willingness to relocate within 15 mile commuting radius of the office is helpful.
- Pagan/Ecospiritual orientation and/or background preferred.
- At least two years of college or post-high school education preferred; a Bachelor’s degree in journalism a plus.
- Prior experience producing in-print publications preferred.
- Skills in HTML coding, web page design, digital photography, audio & video podcasts, moderating cyber discussion lists a plus.
