CIRCLE NETWORK NEWS: 40% off cover price of $5.00. Minimum order is 10 copies of the current issue. Minimum order for back issues is 10, which can be a combination of issues; back issue wholesale price is $1.50. Standing Order Arrangements are available for carrying our paper regularly, as described elsewhere on this page.

Details for Ordering from Circle

Placing your order: Please type, print, or write legibly all orders you send us. Clearly indicate your name and shipping address. Include street address if you choose UPS shipping. State quantity and exact title for each item ordered.

Shipping: Shipping charge is $5 for prepaid orders. Orders other than standing orders shipped via UPS COD will pay the shipping and COD charges.

Payment: Payment in full must accompany your order. Be sure to include shipping charge. Double check your math! - an error in calculation can delay your order. US funds only - outside USA, use international money order or check drawn on US bank. Make check or money order payable to Circle. Other payment arrangements (e.g. COD) by special arrangement only. Back orders: We endeavor to keep a good supply of all items on hand at all times. Occasionally a great demand for an item will temporarily put it out of stock. If this happens, we will fill as much of your order as possible right away and the remainder will follow. Should an item run out and be discontinued, we will send you a refund, or if you prefer, credit the amount towards your purchase of other items.

Returns & Refunds: Should any item prove defective in manufacture, we will replace it immediately upon receipt. We will accept returns on unsold copies from those with standing order arrangements, provided the copies are returned in good, saleable condition within one year of date shipped and provided the wholesaler pays return postage. We will then give a credit towards the purchase of other items including the current issue. No other returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. Cash refunds granted only in cases when an item has been discontinued. If over time a wholesaler displays a repeated inability to sell the minimum standing order of 10 copies of Circle Network News, that distributor will be referred to New Leaf Distributors.

Arrangements for Standing Orders

Standing Orders of CIRCLE NETWORK NEWS: You must pre-pay your first order of our paper and notify us that you want to carry our paper regularly in the future. Specify the number of copies you want to receive quarterly. Thereafter, we will automatically send you the quantity you specify of each future issue as it becomes available. We will send the order to you via UPS COD. Circle will pay the COD costs and you will pay the actual UPS shipping charge. Issues will be shipped immediately after returning from the printer. If you wish to change the number of copies in your standing order, you must notify us by phone or in writing. A minimum of 10 copies per issue must be sold in order to qualify for a standing order.
