Traveling to the Gathering

A map with specific directions to the site will be sent to participants in late May or early June, after their registrations have been received and processed.

No one will be admitted to the site without prior registration. On opening day, the gate will be open from 9 am - 9 pm. The gate will be open for arrivals from 9 am - 7 pm only the rest of the Gathering.

To gain entry, participants need to present their admission pass and photo ID to the Gatekeeper on duty when they arrive. Then, please set up your camp and drive your car to the designated parking lot. Please note the location of your campsite on the Town map when checking in at the Information Center. Participants' vehicle traffic through the Town will not be permitted during the Gathering. If you need to keep your vehicle at your site to sleep in, please note this on your registration form.

Plan to remain at the Gathering until the time when you pack up and depart for home. Be sure to bring with you all the food, beverages, and other supplies you need for your stay. Exceptions to this departure policy will be made for emergencies and other special situations only.
