Sacred Dynamic Fire Circle - Jason Cohen
The Sacred Dynamic Fire Circle experience is co-creative, all night, eclectic spiritual ritual in which a safe art and sharing space are developed around a fire. Inside, from around midnight until dawn, energy and awareness are raised and cultivated through drumming, dancing, singing, chanting, and various other forms of human expression. Through the balance of listening, serving one another, and expressing, these layers come down which we have necessarily gathered together tightly to protect ourselves. The effect causes a simple and free-flowing state of embodied divinity, and deep personal freedom rises through us. This culture is very much about reclaiming our own intimacy and the right to experience life to the fullest. You are welcomed to bring any of the following: rattles, percussion/drums, your voices, water, snacks for the food altar, candles, incense, sage, and percussion to share on the percussion altar. If you’d like to bring a melodic instrument, please check in with the facilitators for a quick mini-orientation for their uses in this modality. It is suggested you attend the orientation on Wednesday afternoon. This is a Sacred, intentional Fire Circle and we ask you please not use alcohol or other mind altering substances while participating in this ritual.

Sacred Dynamic Fire Circle Orientation - Jason Cohen
The Sacred Dynamic Fire Circle ritual will be offered from midnight until dawn. We encourage those who would like to take part in the ritual to attend this discussion. We will explore the magic of subtlety and deep listening, of holding space, weaving music, chants and offerings into our vessel, while honoring each other and our selves. We will go over the different ways to be in service and ways to effectively keep energy running through the night to hold the space for trance, and to overcome our personal fears. There is an incredible amount of inspiration that can be taken from this ritual and it can help us tap into a lot of stuff that we push down and try not to look at through the year. The transforming of this "stuff" can be incredibly empowering and opens the door for deep fun and freedom. This culture and ritual is very much about reclaiming our own intimacy and the right to experience life to the fullest. Dancers, drummers, singers, chanters, and all are welcome. Bring any of the following: rattles, percussion/drums, your voices, and a focused intention for shaping your reality, as we may have a little time to play at the end of the orientation. You are also welcome to bring a melodic instrument.
