Media Update on Quest for Pentacle for Vets

One of the lead stories in today's Leader-Courier, a Nevada newspaper, is an update about Roberta Stewart's campaign to get a Memorial plaque with Pentacle on it at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery to honor her late husband, Sgt. Patrick Stewart, who was killed in Afghanistan last September:

Woman Fights to have Religious Emblem placed on Memorial

Memorial Day (May 29) draws near, but the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) still has not yet finished its approval of the addition of the Wiccan Pentacle on its list of emblems of belief that can be inscribed on VA issued headstones, markers, and plaques for deceased veterans.
