Sacred Fire Circle

April 19th - 20th, 2008
at Circle Sanctuary Nature Preserve
near Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin

We invite and welcome friends from all traditions and paths to join us for this Sacred Fire Circle! Join us in Sacred Ceremony as we drum, dance, chant, and trance, be of service, and connect with each other around the Sacred Fire from midnight to dawn. Together we will create a space for personal transformation, to manifest your dreams and prayers, to turn lead to gold.

Camping areas for tents and campers is available, however there is no electricity or water hook-ups available. Meals will be provided. Please bring donations for a food altar at the Fire Circle site.

Adults and mature teens with adult supervision are welcome to attend the Fire Circle. Teens are expected to participate in all aspects of the Sacred Fire Circle just as adults. Unfortunately, at this time, we can not have children at this Gathering.

Pre-registration is required and available online.
Cost is $25.00 which includes camping and meals.

What to Bring:
  • Food donations for the food altar
  • Camping equipment
  • Drums, rattles, singing bowls, or other musical instruments
  • Your personal intention


Saturday, April 19th

4 - 5 pm Arrivals for those attending the Sacred Fire Circle. Set-up of personal camping sites.
5 - 6:30 pm Dinner and mandatory group Fire Circle Orientation
6:30 - 11:30 pm Sleep / Quiet Time
11:30 pm Opening Ritualists - those involved in Opening Ritual should gather at the Fire Circle.
Sunday April 20th

Midnight Gathering at the Bonfire: Assemble at the bonfire near the farmhouse to process to the Sacred Fire Circle and prepare yourself for the ritual.
7 am or so Sacred Fire Circle ends: Everyone participates in takedown of the space and breakfast preparation
7:30 - 8:30 am Breakfast and round-table discussion: afterglow from the evening.
8:30 - 12:30 am Sleep / Quiet Time
12:30 pm Final takedown / cleanup
2 pm Final departures
