    Advertiing your order: Please type, print, or write legibly all orders you send us. Clearly indicate your name and shipping address. Include street address if you choose UPS shipping. State quantity and exact title for each item ordered.

    Shipping: Shipping charge is $5 for initial prepaid orders. For "Due on Receipt" orders, the actual UPS or Library Rate US Mail charges will be levied.

    Payment: Payment in full must accompany your initial order. Be sure to include $5 shipping charge. US funds only outside USA, use international money order or check drawn on US bank. Make check or money order payable to Circle. Other payment arrangements by special arrangement only.

    Credit Card Payments: If you would like to have your order billed to your VISA/MasterCard, send or phone in the following information: card number, card expiration date, full name of cardholder as it appears on the card, and address of cardholder as it is on file with the credit card company.

    Back orders: We endeavor to keep a good supply of all items on hand at all times. Occasionally a great demand for an item will temporarily put it out of stock. If this happens, we will fill as much of your order as possible right away and the remainder will follow. Should an item run out and be discontinued, we will send you a refund, or if you prefer, credit the amount towards your purchase of other items.

    Returns & Refunds: Should any item prove defective in manufacture, we will replace it immediately upon receipt. We will accept returns on unsold copies of CIRCLE Magazine from those with standing order arrangements, provided the copies are returned in good, saleable condition within one year of date shipped and provided the wholesaler pays return postage. We will then give a credit towards the purchase of other items including the current issue. No other returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. Cash refunds granted only in cases when an item has been discontinued.

    Arrangements for Standing Orders of CIRCLE Magazine

    Standing Orders of CIRCLE Magazine: You must prepay your first order of our paper. The shipping charge for prepaid orders is $5. You must also indicate that you want to carry our paper regularly in the future. Specify the number of copies you want to receive quarterly. Thereafter, we will automatically send you the quantity you specify of each future issue as it becomes available. We will send the order to you via UPS, and you will pay the actual shipping charges. You will be billed for each standing order on a "Due on Receipt" basis. Issues will be shipped immediately after returning from the printer. If you wish to change the number of copies in your standing order, you must notify us by phone or in writing. A minimum of 10 copies per issue must be received in order to qualify for a standing order. If you wish to return unsold copies for credit, we only accept whole copy returns. If you wish to order less than 10 copies of each issue or prefer to order from a distribution company, please contact one of the following: New Leaf Distributors, Abyss Distribution, OneSource Magazine Distribution, Ubiquity Distributors, Phoenix Distribution, Small Changes, Tower Magazines, Armadillo Distributors, and Desert Moon Periodicals. Please contact us if you need help in connecting with one of these distributors.
