Community Volunteers Days
We hold Community Volunteers Days monthly, usually on the second Saturday, and at other times.

10am - 4pm
We hope to be outside working as much as possible! There is trail clearing and cleaning to do, Shrine cleaning, and other outdoor tasks. We'll also have some light duty inside tasks! Gate will open for arrivals at 9:30am. Join in with a great group of people upkeeping the beautiful land that is Circle Sanctuary!
Bring a sack lunch and beverage. (Please no peanut products due to severe allergy.)

Welcome Summer 2024! Celebrate the Coming of Summer and PSG! Welcome Summer Festival Saturday, June 8, 2024 9am - 4pm Coordinated by Messina & Raven Come lend your hands, hearts and intentions as Circle Sanctuary gets ready for Pagan Spirit Gathering. This free event is open to all willing to volunteer! We will craft the community Spirit Bags and pack up all the gear that is needed to make PSG happen! We will conclude with a ritual to ritual to energize and bless the Spirit Bags for PSG and to Welcome Summer! Set the energy for an amazing day of Community! 9:30 am Announcements and Opening Circle 10 am Spirit Bag Making with Amanda With our hands, voices, energy and good intentions, together, we will construct the Spirit Bags for PSG. 10am PSG Truck loading with Rev. Messina & PSG Set-up Crew Strong and able bodies will move all the supplies to build our PSG community village onto the truck. 12:30 pm Lunch Please bring a sack lunch and a beverage. PLEASE NO PEANUTS! Take time to enjoy the beautiful land! 1:30 pm PSG Preparations Continue We’ll continue to build the energy for PSG by finishing with Spirit Bag assembly, PSG truck loading and other PSG prep work! 3:30 pm Welcome Summer Ritual with Rev. Messina and Others Using the elements, we’ll have some fun welcoming the beginning of Summer! 4 pm Cleanup and Departures The day is not done until the last task is completed. Community is a participatory event and the teamwork doing take down is the best kind of magic to take home with you. Please stay until the end to help with clean-up and take down. Safe travels.
